The agreement between you and Match-Lens. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Match-Lens is made by bettors, for bettors. We built the board we wanted for our own Saturdays: the matches in play, their numbers and their prices on one screen, and a history that remembers. Then we opened it to everyone who wanted the same.
We are an independent service. We are not a bookmaker and we are not owned by one. The way to reach us is support@match-lens.com.
These terms apply whenever you use Match-Lens, whether you have an account or not. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Match-Lens is an information service. It collects football match data, statistics and bookmaker odds, refreshes them while matches are being played, and presents them on one board together with signals we calculate from the same numbers.
Match-Lens is not a bookmaker. It takes no bets, holds no stakes, and pays no winnings. It is not a tipping service and it does not give betting, investment, financial or any other professional advice. Nothing on the board is a recommendation to place a bet or to do anything else. What you do with the information is your decision alone, and its consequences are yours.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Match-Lens. Gambling can cause harm. If betting has stopped being a pastime for you, please talk to a support service in your country before you use a service like this one.
The match data, statistics and odds on Match-Lens come from professional football data suppliers, and which matches, statistics and markets appear depends on what they cover. We check what they send, reconcile it, store it, and calculate our own signals from it. The board is a live view of that feed, and the history is what it has recorded over the years.
Odds are shown as a supplier reported them at that moment. They are a record of the market, not an offer: no bet can be placed on Match-Lens, and a price may have moved by the time you look for it elsewhere.
Match-Lens is an information service and its figures are provided as information. We take care over them and we correct what we find, but we do not warrant that every figure is accurate, complete or current, and nothing on the board is the official record of a match.
Now and then a detail may arrive wrong, such as a player's name or a match event. When that happens it is an honest slip in the data, never something we show on purpose, and we put it right as soon as we notice. If a detail matters to you, it is always worth double-checking it elsewhere.
An account is personal. It is for one person, using an email address you control and a password you keep to yourself. Do not share your sign-in with anyone, and do not let anyone else use your access.
An account can be signed in on up to 3 browsers at a time, and an app added to a phone's home screen counts as a browser of its own. Signing in on another one signs out whichever has gone longest without being used.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@match-lens.com if you think someone else has got into it, and we will help you close it off.
Keep your email address current. It is how we reach you about your subscription and about changes that affect you.
These are the plans, and all prices include any VAT that applies to you:
Promotional prices until the end of the year.
A pass is a single purchase. It gives full access for its own length and then stops. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
The month is a subscription. It renews automatically at the same price each month, on the renewal date the Billing tab of your account shows, taken from the payment method on file, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the same tab. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the end of the month you have already paid for.
The free 2-day trial gives full access once. It asks for a payment method and does not charge it. The trial is limited to one per person, which we enforce by account, by browser, by network and by card. It does not turn into a paid subscription: when it ends, access simply stops until you choose a plan.
We may change our prices. A change never affects a pass you have already bought. For the monthly subscription we will tell you before a new price applies, and it takes effect from your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you would rather not continue.
Payments are taken by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for every purchase on Match-Lens. That means your purchase contract for a pass or a subscription is with Stripe: Stripe charges your card, works out and pays the tax that applies where you live, issues the tax invoice, and handles any payment dispute. Match-Lens provides the service itself and answers your questions, and a refund is still asked for from us and paid back through Stripe.

Your access is for your own personal use, on your own devices. Within that, please use it as much as you like.
What you may not do:
We keep the right to apply reasonable technical limits to protect the service for everyone, and to act on the sections below if any of the above happens.
We run Match-Lens to be available continuously, and the in-play board is live for as long as matches are being played. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Like any online service it depends on suppliers and networks, and occasionally we take it down to maintain it.
If the service is substantially unavailable for a meaningful part of something you have paid for, we will put it right by extending your access or refunding you, as set out in the Refunds and Cancellation policy. We would rather do that than argue about it.
The service changes. We add, alter and remove features as we improve the board. We will not remove something central to what you paid for during a period you have already paid for.
The site, its design, its code, its wording and the signals we calculate are ours, and remain ours. Your subscription gives you the right to use the service, not to own any part of it.
What you write stays yours. Notes, favourites, marks and settings belong to you, and we do not publish them or use them for anything except giving you the service.
Bookmaker, club and competition names, and any other marks belonging to other organisations, are their owners' trademarks, used only to identify odds and matches; Match-Lens is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill, and for the promises we make in these terms and in the refund policy.
We are not responsible for money you lose, or fail to win, from betting or from any other decision you take using the information here. That is the nature of an information service, and it is the reason section 2 says what it says.
Where the law allows us to limit what we owe you, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in. Those rights stand whatever this document says.
You may stop using Match-Lens whenever you like. Cancel a subscription from the Billing tab, and write to support@match-lens.com if you want the account itself deleted.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 6, that is used fraudulently, or that a payment provider tells us is being used for fraud. Where it is fair to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the part you have not used.
If we ever stop running the service altogether, we will tell subscribers and refund the unused part of anything paid for.
Wherever you live in the European Union, the consumer protection rules of your own country apply to you, and nothing in these terms takes them away. You may bring a complaint or a claim in the courts of your own country. For anything those rules do not settle, the law of Bulgaria, where Match-Lens is established, fills the gap.
Please complain to us first, at support@match-lens.com. Most things are a misunderstanding and are fixed the same week. Anything about the payment itself, a charge, a refund or an invoice, can also go to Stripe, which is the seller of record and runs its own support for exactly that. If we cannot settle it between us, you may take the matter to the consumer protection authority in your country or to the courts.
We update these terms when the service changes or the law does. The date at the top always says when they last changed.
If a change matters to you as a paying customer, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and it will apply from your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you disagree with it. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
