The agreement between you and Match-Lens. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Last updated 6 September 2026.
Match-Lens is operated by Angel Uzunov, based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Match-Lens is run by one person, not a company. That is who you are contracting with, and that is who answers the email address above.
These terms apply whenever you use Match-Lens, whether you have an account or not. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Match-Lens is an information service. It collects football match data, statistics and bookmaker odds, refreshes them while matches are being played, and presents them on one board together with signals we calculate from the same numbers.
Match-Lens is not a bookmaker. It takes no bets, holds no stakes, and pays no winnings. It is not a tipping service and it does not give betting, investment, financial or any other professional advice. Nothing on the board is a recommendation to place a bet or to do anything else. What you do with the information is your decision alone, and its consequences are yours.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Match-Lens. Gambling can cause harm. If betting has stopped being a pastime for you, please talk to a support service in your country before you use a service like this one.
The match data, statistics and odds come from third-party data suppliers. We check, reconcile and store what they send us, and we calculate our own signals from it, but we do not observe the matches ourselves and we cannot verify what the suppliers report.
Because of that, and honestly:
We give no warranty that the information is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose, and you should not treat it as the record of a match. Please do not rely on it for anything that costs you money.
An account is personal. It is for one person, using an email address you control and a password you keep to yourself. Do not share your sign-in with anyone, and do not let anyone else use your access.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@match-lens.com if you think someone else has got into it, and we will help you close it off.
Keep your email address current. It is how we reach you about your subscription and about changes that affect you.
These are the plans, and all prices include any VAT that applies to you:
A pass is a single purchase. It gives full access for its own length and then stops. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
The month is a subscription. It renews automatically at the same price on the same day each month, taken from the payment method on file, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the Billing tab of your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the end of the month you have already paid for.
The free 2-day trial gives full access once. It asks for a payment method so that we know a real person is asking, and it does not charge it. The trial is limited to one per person, which we enforce by account, by browser and by network. It does not turn into a paid subscription: when it ends, access simply stops until you choose a plan.
From time to time we offer a lower price to people who have never subscribed before, such as a reduced first month. An offer applies to the first payment only: after it, the plan renews at its ordinary price, which is the one shown above. An offer is not available on an account that has already paid for anything, and we may withdraw it at any time.
We may change our prices. A change never affects a pass you have already bought. For the monthly subscription we will tell you before a new price applies, and it takes effect from your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you would rather not continue.
Payments are taken by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for every purchase on Match-Lens. That means your purchase contract for a pass or a subscription is with Stripe: Stripe charges your card, works out and pays the tax that applies where you live, issues the tax invoice, and handles any payment dispute. Match-Lens provides the service itself and answers your questions, and a refund is still asked for from us and paid back through Stripe.
Refunds and cancellation are set out in full in our Refunds and Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your access is for your own personal use, on your own devices. Within that, please use it as much as you like.
What you may not do:
We keep the right to apply reasonable technical limits to protect the service for everyone, and to act on the sections below if any of the above happens.
We run Match-Lens to be available continuously, and the in-play board is built to refresh every few seconds. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Suppliers fail, networks fail, and occasionally we take the service down to maintain it.
If the service is substantially unavailable for a meaningful part of something you have paid for, we will put it right by extending your access or refunding you, as set out in the Refunds and Cancellation policy. We would rather do that than argue about it.
The service changes. We add, alter and remove features as we improve the board. We will not remove something central to what you paid for during a period you have already paid for.
The site, its design, its code, its wording and the signals we calculate are ours, and remain ours. Your subscription gives you the right to use the service, not to own any part of it.
What you write stays yours. Notes, favourites, marks and settings belong to you, and we do not publish them or use them for anything except giving you the service.
Club names, competition names and any marks belonging to other organisations are theirs. They appear here to identify matches, and no association or endorsement is implied.
We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill, and for the promises we make in these terms and in the refund policy.
We are not responsible for money you lose, or fail to win, from betting or from any other decision you take using the information here. That is the nature of an information service, and it is the reason section 2 says what it says.
Where the law allows us to limit what we owe you, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in. Those rights stand whatever this document says.
You may stop using Match-Lens whenever you like. Cancel a subscription from the Billing tab, and write to support@match-lens.com if you want the account itself deleted.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 6, that is used fraudulently, or that a payment provider tells us is being used for fraud. Where it is fair to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the part you have not used.
If we ever stop running the service altogether, we will tell subscribers and refund the unused part of anything paid for.
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
Please complain to us first, at support@match-lens.com. Most things are a misunderstanding and are fixed the same week. Anything about the payment itself, a charge, a refund or an invoice, can also go to Stripe, which is the seller of record and runs its own support for exactly that. If we cannot settle it between us, you may take the matter to the consumer protection authority in your country or to the courts.
We update these terms when the service changes or the law does. The date at the top always says when they last changed.
If a change matters to you as a paying customer, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and it will apply from your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you disagree with it. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
